Continue to network with aviation industry professionals, alumni, instructors, and fellow aviation student as Career Booths wrap up. Debit/Credit bar will be open at 6:00.

Dinner
Celebrate your year with a gourmet three course table service meal. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions in advance.

Awards
Academic awards will be presented to aviation students recognizing student successes and student-voted community awards will be presented for contributions to our aviation community at UW.

An informative panel of aviation industry leaders will be moderated. Please send us your questions in advance.

Closing and Celebrations

The University of Waterloo Aviation Society is excited to be hosting our Aviation Gala on April 29, 2023, at 16:00. We would like to cordially invite you to join us at the Federation Hall at our main campus to network with industry professionals, as well as celebrate the accomplishments and passion of students, alumni, and faculty. The event will begin in a career fair format, then transition into a formal dinner. On this evening, our society hopes to gather and connect industry and government leaders with university administration, students, and alumni. We look forward to having you join us in creating a memorable event.
