Future Students
We know trying to find clear, concise, useful information and breakdowns about our programs can be tricky.
Hopefully, this page can serve as a one stop shop for the answers to all the questions you may have about our Science & Aviation, Geography & Aviation, and Aviation Specialization programs as well as the process of flight training with WWFC.

Aviation Specialization
The Geography and Environmental Management program with the Aviation Specialization gives you the chance to earn your Bachelor of Environmental Studies while having the opportunity to pursue independent flight training on your own time due to the program’s flexibility. There is also the option to take the co-op pathway with this program and graduate with up to 20 months of paid work experience
Flight Training
The flight training portion of these programs is conducted in partnership with the Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre (WWFC). Founded in 1932 and located at the Region of Waterloo International Airport, WWFC is one of the largest and most experienced flight training centres in Canada with a fleet of 35 aircraft and 5 simulators
